Shipping
Free shipping for orders over $100!
All orders are processed every day (excl. weekends) and shipped within 24hrs. Once the order is processed a tracking number will be sent to your email address used during checkout.
We are based in Brisbane, Australia and normally it takes 2-4 days when shipping to the East Coast of Australia, and a day or two longer when shipping to other states. We also offer express shipping Australia wide if you want your order to arrive quicker.
International orders can take 2-4 weeks to arrive, however sometimes take significantly longer.
Returns
We are positive that you will love our products as much as we do but if you feel that it didn't live up to your expectations send it back to us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the full product price (excl. shipping costs).
